In the position of Operations Manager, Jim’s responsibilities include all aspects of the operations of Toronto-Dominion Centre, reporting directly to the Director of Operations. Jim began his career at the Centre in 1978 as a Millwright. Working his way up through a number of positions, in 1997 he became Manager of Operations.
