From water and hydro conservation to LEED® Gold EB: O&M certification for 77 King Street West and 79 Wellington Street West and LEED® Platinum EB: O&M certification for 100 Wellington Street West, Toronto-Dominion Centre, in partnership with its tenants, is setting new standards for green management.
In addition to our current LEED successes, all Toronto-Dominion Centre properties are pursuing LEED Gold-EBOM status under CaGBC guidelines. The expected certification timing for each is as follows:
