Members of the Property Services team take great pride in the range and quality of services they deliver to the tenants of Toronto-Dominion Centre each day. When a tenant has a request or an urgent need, it's the collective responsibility of the Property Services/Operations team to address it professionally and with dispatch.
After all, TD Centre tenants expect the best and we think they deserve it.
In order to constantly improve our methods of communication, delivery and follow-up, we compile, track and analyze service delivery metrics on a daily basis. We measure ourselves against demanding internal benchmarks such as:
1. 95% of all tenant calls must be responded to within 60 minutes of receipt of call
2. 90% of all service calls to be satisfactorily completed within 24 hours or less (unless parts required)
3. 99% satisfactory completion rate within 30 days
Tenant service is everything to us. We know our tenants appreciate it.
