Our 24/7 toAssist program has proven to be an important part of our comprehensive tenant service package and a valuable connection with our tenants. Receiving an average of 200 calls per day, toAssist is an immediate, personal link to a friendly voice. Your connection to a service professional trained to answer your questions and/or steer you in the right direction. Note: ToAssist is available to all tenants whatever their question or need. All service requests should be directed to Toronto-Dominion Centre operations via the CF Tenant Service Request system (see menu on this page), by a designated Tenant Representative. If any questions arise regarding the CF Tenant Service Request system, Tenant Representatives should direct their enquiries to toAssist.
