Security Forms and Approvals

Our Security Department doesn't often require tenants to fill out  forms or waivers, but in a few instances, they do insist upon it. For example, if a tenant requires access to the roof of one of our buildings, then a waiver is needed. Or, if they're expecting an after hours visitor or plan to move furniture after normal business hours, then a notification form is required.
